Shipping policy

Shipping process

We ship using Australia Post for both standard and express orders, whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature may be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Shipping costs

- Standard shipping Australia wide: $15.00AUD
- Express shipping Australia wide: $20.00AUD
- International courier with tracking number: $25.00AUD *New Zealand only
- Express International courier with tracking number: $55.00AUD *Rest of the world

Important notes

- Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched. Arrived Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility for orders once shipped (to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated with this).
- Once items leave Arrived Pty Ltd premises, it accepts no liability for lost or missing parcels which are accountable to the negligent actions of the respective postal service. Customers can choose to insure their parcel or request recorded delivery or signature by sending an email to info@arrived.shop before placing their order. Extra charges will apply.
- For international customers, TAX is not included in the product price and it's the buyer's responsibility to take care of the destination countries import TAX & VAT if it applies. Arrived Pty Ltd will declare the full AUD dollar value on international shipments and will include an invoice for customs should they require it. We can not put a lower value on the parcel or describe the products inaccurately.

National Shipping (Australia-wide)

Goods will be dispatched within 24 hours for orders placed by 10:00am Monday to Friday.

For regular post deliveries to Australian capital cities please allow up to 5 business days.

For regular post deliveries to Australian metropolitan areas please allow up to 10 business days.

Delivery times above are estimates only and Arrived Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

International shipping

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00am Monday - Friday AEST are shipped via UPS Courier Service (For in-stock items only). Please allow 24 hours for dispatch. Please allow 2-14 additional days depending on your location.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Arrived will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends. We advise getting in touch and selecting express shipping should your order be urgent.

Ownership and risk

Once goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address, any damage to the goods are the responsibility of the receiver.

Sale delivery delays

Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow an additional 3 days for dispatch and then a minimum of 3-7 business days for Australia wide deliveries and 4-17 days for International.
