Arrived are still delivering within Australia. Please be patient as Australia Post are experiencing unavoidable delays. Rest assured your purchase will arrive ASAP.

Currently deliveries to business addresses cannot be guaranteed at this time. Please use a residential address for orders placed.

SHIPMENTS: INTERNATIONAL

Due to strict government restrictions and flight cancellations Australia Post expects severe international shipment and delivery delays. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible.

Shipping delays are unavoidable in regions currently impacted by the Government lockdowns.

SAFETY FOR OUR TEAM AND OUR CUSTOMERS

Life has changed for everyone with COVID-19 taking over our day to day activities with challenges for everyone. Arrived is ensuring all safety precautions are being taken for our team and you.

We are following all public health guidelines, as Arrived is such a small and new business at the moment the team in very small and social distancing is paramount.

PACKING / SHIPMENTS

We have one customer service representative at Arrived who is managing the packing area, at all times hygiene standards are adhered to with hand sanitiser being used regularly. All surfaces are cleaned thoroughly with antibacterial cleaner.

All contact with Australia Post is at a safe distance and parcels are left in a safe place for the post team to collect safely.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everyone has a lot to cope with at the moment and getting to the post office to return a purchase can prove difficult at this time. At Arrived we want to make sure everyone is safe.
